Position Description

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for onsite quality assurance inspection, reporting and remediation plans for both our customers, sites and fleet.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regularly scheduled quality control functions to include:
    • Quality Control Audits
    • Spot Check Audits
    • Gate Checks
    • Rental Readiness of equipment
    • General Fleet condition
  • Customer site evaluations and communication with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure correct marketing materials including service records are on all assets and replace where needed as needed and report deficiencies.
  • Record and report all field based activity as well as site and fleet audit forms.
  • Complete and prepare detailed reports for the following;
    • Company Vehicle usage
    • Customer presentation and meetings.
    • Site specific populations versus toilet coverage
    • Competitor insights and surveys as assigned.
  • Effectively manage daily duties and plan workflow in a way to achieve USS goals and accountabilities.
  • Special/Other projects as assigned by management

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.
  • The noise level is usually loud.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination or education and experience.
  • At least 1-2 years related experience and/or training
  • TWIC Card and site-specific safety certifications as needed for access (ports, refineries, plants, airports, etc.)
  • Valid Driver License (Class CDL A or B with endorsement or Class C, D, or E (depending on state)).
