Position Description

PURPOSE: This position will provide general administrative & clerical support to the operations department in one.




  • Work with field and finance organizations in researching questionable invoices, service documentations, proof of service rendered, audit of site checks, and/or system errors.
  • Receive, review, document, and respond to all incoming request for system research on accounts that are in question.
  • Respond back to requestor in the desired time frame in a professional manner.
  • Special assignments as needed

Quality Assurance/Compliance

  • Monitoring of programs of USS (GPS, NPS, Driver Alert)
  • Random GPS sampling vs. route (reports created and submitted to mgmt)
  • Monitor and follow-up with field management to insure response to all NPS inquiries
  • Monitor and follow-up on all driver alert notifications
  • Manage and issues all permits and licenses for all USS locations
  • Manage and submit all safety meeting attendance rosters
  • Manage , input, and amend all lunch punches for the field for payroll
  • Manage and expedite citation payment and/or court date request with Risk Management
  • Monitor, document, and report completion of standardized training in the field
  • New Management
  • New Associates
  • Special assignments as needed


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years general clerical/administrative experience in fast paced environment. Knowledge/understanding of route based business preferred
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
  • Working knowledge of operating office equipment including copy machine, fax machine, phone system, etc.
  • Well developed clerical skills including file maintenance
  • Strong written & verbal (customer service) communication skills; analytical, process oriented, and ability to focus on details for long periods of time.
